Make sure the bot is still in your server and hasn't lost permissions. If it's still not working, let us know in our support Discord with what you were trying to do.
Pretty regularly. We push fixes when we find bugs, and new features get dropped when they're ready. Check the patch notes if you want to see what's changed.

We check Discord pretty much constantly. If you grab us there, you'll usually get an answer fast. Bug reports go into a queue and we tackle them in order of "how broken is it?"
